online. In addition, support personnel are fully equipped to assist
customers in configuring optional modules, run reports and administer
customer data. Most issues can be handled directly by support
personnel on the phone!

offers an extended Training Program to all authorized Ideal customers.
The Ideal Training Program is designed to enable our customers to
get the most from their software and hardware products. Training
