The Ideal Party Scheduler The Ideal Party Scheduler is a comprehensive party planning and reservation system. It is fully integrated with the Ideal suite of products. Using the Party Scheduler, customers can book parties in person, over the phone, or using the Internet (with the Online Event Registration module). All events, whether booked by the customer or by employees, are recorded real-time and instantly accessible from every Ideal POS station. This means that when your customer arrives at the facility for their party, the details (including deposit paid, remaining balance, number of participants, etc.) of the event are readily available. With the system you can schedule parties at a dedicated party scheduling area or use additional POS stations as party schedulers. Flexible booking enables you to book adjoining rooms individually or together (for example, if your facility uses collapsible dividers). Of course you can configure a default time for parties and book parties for any duration you desire. The system limits access to rooms based on prior reservations (to avoid double-booking), calendar days, or other constraints. Extensive reporting features enable you to print customized contracts, quotes, schedules, and determine the overall utilization of your party resources for any time period. Party planning sheets enable you to prepare for the day's parties by displaying schedules and details of each event.
