Multi-User

Supports locations that require multiple client locations. Operates in a "client-server" configuration on your office network.

Video Capture

Hardware/Software integration provides the ability to embed still customer photos to customer records. Supports most USB cameras.

Check & Driver's License Scanning

Hardware/Software integration provides the ability to scan customer checks and driver's license ID from a single device. Supports flatbed scanners and ability to store check images or other documents with customer record.

Western Union/Traveler's Money Order Printing

Supports money order processing and printing functionality. Requires Western Union or Traveler's Money Order service.

State Centralized Database

Emerging interface supports state-based database integration with real time data connection. Currently supports Indiana, Oklahoma and Florida only. More states online soon.

Teletrack

Software functionality supports widely used Teletrack service via real time data connection. Teletrack service required, not included.

Central Database Inquiry System (CDIS)

Powerful database module allows advanced query and inquiry of customer records stored on centralized database. Allows store to determine customer activity and is a tool to limit potential fraud.

Automatic Clearing House (ACH) Support

Integrated database interface supports electronic drafts of customer bank accounts to accelerate cash flow.

Title Loan

Offer additional services to your customers with the Ideal Title Loan Module. This module supports administration of collateralized short-term loans using auto license tags and other items. Module is configurable for specific application. This module is also available as a stand-alone product.

 

The IDEAL Home Office System

Multi-site operators will enjoy the convenience and data consolidation features offered by the Ideal Home Office System. The Ideal Home Office System uses the Internet to put the power of knowledge in your hands when you want it, without long distance charges. Individual stores are updated with information on customers who may try to secure advances from multiple locations. Data is stored at each location as well as a secure location off premises.

The IDEAL Home Office System is available as an on-premise or remote (Ideal Hosting) system.

Ideal Workstation

Several models are available to conform with both space and budget limitations. Our bookshelf PC is perfect for retail and entertainment applications where space and appearance is crucial, while our standard PC is best suited for office settings and for sales counters where space is not a concern. Full size or flat panel monitors round out our workstation, along with integrated magnetic stripe readers and small footprint keyboards where needed.

Ideal Server

The Ideal servers are designed to provide optimum performance for all Ideal applications. Industry standard Intel® components are used, with every machine containing 128MB to 256MB RAM. A Windows® 2000 networking platform is standard, while several system redundancy options are available to provide enhanced stability to any size business.
