As Ideal Software continues to grow, new challenges
create the need for continuous additions and changes to our
staff. With a focus on superior customer service, innovative
product development and world-class performance, staff members
are integral to the Ideal Mission of customer satisfaction.
The Ideal People Profile provides a glimpse into the lives
of our valued staff.
In this issue we are pleased to feature Lynn
Gaddis, Support Manager. Lynn has been with Ideal for over
six years and has become an integral part of our Support Department,
working specifically with the Financial Services Division (FSD).
As part of her primary responsibility, Lynn provides management
and supervision to a large contingent of FSG Support Technicians,
ensuring performance and maximum customer satisfaction. In
addition to supervision, Lynn is active in client communications
making certain that support issues are satisfactorily performed
and the client is operational.
Like a lot of Ideal staffers, Lynn wears a lot
of hats. Because Ideal is in a continuous growth mode, managers
and supervisors must “roll with the punches” to ensure that
customer service is consistently maintained while internal
structures adjust to market demands. Lynn is an integral component
of this dynamic as she is constantly working toward higher
efficiency and maximum performance.
Lynn comes to Ideal from Comcast, where she was
Director of Marketing & Operations for the Primestar South
Central Region. While at Comcast, Lynn was an active member
of the marketing group, providing supervision of the field
sales group and ensuring client satisfaction from active follow-up.
In addition, Lynn was integral to the Comcast creative team,
coordinating print and electronic media advertising for regional
Comcast advertising and marketing efforts.
A native of Meridian, Lynn holds an Associate in Arts from
Meridian Community College and has completed extensive coursework
at the University of Southern Mississippi and the Mississippi
College for Women. With an interest in sports medicine, Lynn
has studied extensively at the university level with an emphasis
in teaching, coaching and therapeutic recreation.
When Lynn isn’t at Ideal, she enjoys swimming,
gardening and a large array of animals including a horse, dogs
and associated farm animals including some very friendly cows.
In addition, Lynn is a Lay Minister for the United Methodist
Church where her talent as a writer and public speaker are
integral to the local church. As the first-call Lay Minister,
Lynn composes, writes and edits speeches and sermon presentations
for her local church and other United Methodist services and
events.
Lynn is married with three daughters, one grandson and has
a new granddaughter on the way. Next time you call the Ideal
Support department, ask for Lynn and say hello. We’re sure
that you will find Lynn’s positive outlook, friendly personality
and warm humor a key reason why our clients consider the Ideal
