In this section of Software Solutions, we are proud
to feature our valued users. This month we are very excited to
feature one of our most loyal customers, Check Advance, based in
Chattanooga, Tennessee. Check Advance, operated by Senior Vice
President Dennis Munczenski and his talented staff, first implemented
the Ideal Check Cashing System in 1997. At that time, Check Advance
was operating 17 locations in 4 states and was operating with basic
software that couldn't quite keep up with the rapid growth that
Check Advance was experiencing. After several demos and endless
presentations by anxious vendors, Check Advance chose Ideal Software.
Today, Check Advance operates more than 100 locations in 6 states
and there doesn't seem to be any end in sight to the growth and
success that they have enjoyed during the last 5 years. A key factor
in operating an enterprise as wide-spread as Check Advance is the
Ideal Home Office System, which allows Check Advance's multiple
locations the ability to integrate data and monitor activity across
all locations on a daily basis. Additionally, the Ideal Software
solution has provided extensive reporting capability that has opened
up new avenues of information that were previously cumbersome,
if not impossible, to access. Some of these improvements allow
access to reports in Marketing, Debt Reduction, Delinquency Analysis,
Performance Goals by Branch and Endless Historical Data. We are
anxious to provide Check Advance with even more improvements in
the future, as we move to a more network-centric product. We want
to give Dennis and all of the staff at Check Advance a big thank
you for helping us in our development efforts during the last few
years. There is no substitute for real-world application, and certainly
Check Advance represents the cutting edge in operations in the
Payday Advance marketplace.
