The position requires 3 -5 years of experience in Windows based computer hardware set up and networking.

 

Key skills are:

  • Basic computer hardware and networking
  • Familiarity of operating systems
  • Ability to document test and installation procedures
  • Electrical / Mechanical knowledge
  • Communication (written & verbal)

 

  • BS degree in computer science or Business Information Systems

Support Specialist

The ideal candidate should have very strong skills in systematically identifying and solving sometimes obscure problems. A background in computer hardware, software and/or local area networking is required. Frequent travel is required. Strong communications skills are a must.
