We are seeking an outgoing, energetic person to support busy sales department. Must have strong phone and organizational skills.  Duties include: handling phone and email inquiries, completing agreements for sales force, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, interfacing with sales and other departments with various projects and initiatives.  This is a full time position.

We are seeking an Executive Assistant for the company President.  Responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and communicating important issues to the President.  Other duties include organizing sales leads, completing sales quotes, coordinating calls and meetings, communicating with customers and other business associates.  Excellent working knowledge of spreadsheets a must. This is a full time position.

As a member of our development team for our MS Windows-based products, the following
is an illustrative list of the duties of a systems analyst:

  • Provide product testing services to the development staff
  • Support liaison for product testing
  • Create test procedures and testing documents
  • Create design documents for new features
  • Create new reports and SQL queries
  • Participate in code reviews
  • Participate in design reviews
  • Maintain the document reference library for our products (note that this information doesn’t exist in collated form)
  • Research new hardware devices for integrations into our products
  • Perform light programming tasks as assigned, including prototyping and modeling
  • Create estimates for development tasks
  • Customer liaison for our product related technical issues, including new features and custom software requests
  • Problem resolution and customer escalation at the third level
  • Perform customer technical support as assigned, including rotation.

We are seeking SALES PROFESSIONALS to lead in the growth of 2 of our operating divisions.

The Financial Services Division provides POS systems and related products and services to the micro lending marketplace.  The Family Entertainment Division offers similar software and services to arcades and family entertainment centers.

Successful candidates must possess STRONG presentation and closing skills.  The job tasks are heavily weighted toward the development and closing of new accounts.  Compensation is a combination of base salary and commission.  We have a clearly defined history of rapid career development and advancement.

Position is located in Meridian, MS corporate office, however a remote home office may be considered for an industry experienced candidate.  30% overnight travel required.

  • Degree in business or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience
  • Working knowledge of basic Microsoft Office Suite

 

Candidates with operational experience in the designated industries is highly desirable and will be considered without prior sales experience

You will work with our Development Team, Sales, and QA developing products for our financial services product line, including POS and multi-location business management, as well as web applications. We develop on both Visual Studio and Embarcadero RAD Studio using C#, .Net, Delphi, XML, and SQL Server. As a member of the product development team you’ll actively:

 

·               Collaborate with the Development Team on software design

·               Implement designs created by other team members

·               Work with others to ensure a high level of quality within software

·               Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and testing

·               Create technical documentation

·               Correct defects found within product

·               Create estimates for work assignments

·               Be a highly energetic self-starter

·               Be able to work under tight deadlines

·               Periodically work overtime to meet project deadlines

·               Handle escalated technical support calls

·               Possess good oral and written communication skills


About the Position


This is an 8 to 5, Monday to Friday, position with overtime necessary on an occasional basis. Travel at company expense may be required to perform some duties.


Essential attributes of the person in this role are good communication skills, the fluent ability to use MS Office applications Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio. Must understand object modeling, and be able to understand and create UML documents.

 

A degree in a computer science or equivalent is required. You must also have 3+ years of software development experience and 2+ years of either C#, C++ or Delphi development experience on a client/server application. You must be proficient with RAD Studio or Microsoft Visual Studio. Experience with MS SQL Server and StarTeam is desirable.
